Been busy recently...

I was very busy recently with my work and my life. The weather has been bad recently. Can't believe it's still that cold at the end of March. I want to go to watch sakura and it keeps raining a lot recently. Needless to say, I think I should stop complaining since people in other places are suffering much worse situation/weather. ..

   Even though I was busy, I cooked a lot. I have so many pictures to upload right now for my blog. Maybe I should take a break from cooking and spend those time for the blog he he

Look not bad right :)) :)). I wish I put some more sugar though. The strawberries that I used are a little bit sour. But overall, I'm pretty pleased with them:

I think I follow the recipe in this website with some modifications according to people's comments. I ate 3 of them I guess :)) :)). I gave the rest to people in my workplace :)) :)). Hope they like them :))

now you know I'm a student....

when I do eat noodles a lot. More specifically, a grad student who came home at 11 p.m on Friday. Actually, I'm not a grad student yet ( but soon, in August). But what I'm doing right now is exactly what I should expect for my master's program (I even think I should expect more since I will have to TA too).

Actually, having full tuition support + stipends every month for the No. 1 graduate program in the U.S for my major means a lot. I should have not complained about it even though I think they should increase the stipends more. But well, it is the only master's program I'm applying for and it is the only master's program in the top 5 schools in the U.S for my major that provides financial aid. I'm surprised that they give me an offer :)).

Nevertheless, I'm still having a wonderful weekend.. I went to eat Pho with my friend at Pho Nam restaurant. Trust me, I'm Vietnamese and I know what is good Pho. Their Pho is really a bomb:

Anw, I'm just chopping strawberries to make strawberry muffins early morning tmr... Hope they turn out to be good :))

I like to cook. Indeed a lot if anyone asks me about it. I never admit that I'm  a good cook though but I love to spend my time in the kitchen, making stuff. It just makes me feel that I belong to a different world, other than the engineering world that I should have belonged to....

Anyway, the main reason that I like cooking is that maybe I feel secured in this relationship with cooking...  I feel assured I will never fail in this relationship and no matter how life is treating me...

Sigh, in life, you will never feel like having enough of it....

Anyway, they might not look delicious but I quite like them a lot...
